Shipping & returns

Two ways to order

Delivery in the EU: you buy from Mantra Merchandise, Belgium. The price (€39.00 incl. VAT, free shipping) is the full amount; VAT is included and nothing is added at checkout or at the door. Payment is handled by Stripe. Delivery outside the EU: you buy through Fourthwall, which calculates shipping and any taxes or duties at checkout.

Production and shipping

Printed to order after purchase, typically ships within 2 to 5 business days. EU orders are printed and shipped from Printful facilities in Latvia or Spain; orders for the rest of the world from the United States or the nearest partner facility.

EU addresses: €39.00 incl. VAT, free shipping, delivered in 5 to 12 business days, no customs. Rest of world: shipping, taxes and any import duties are calculated at the Fourthwall checkout, where prices exclude VAT.

Right of withdrawal (EU orders)

As an EU consumer you may withdraw from an order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Email [email protected] with your order number, then send the unworn shirt back to the address we give you; return shipping is at your cost. We refund the full price within 14 days of receiving the shirt. Orders placed through Fourthwall (outside the EU) are made to order and cannot be returned for change of mind.

Quality guarantee (all orders)

Print errors or visible quality issues are replaced or refunded when reported with a photo within 30 days of delivery. EU orders: email [email protected]. Fourthwall orders: use the link in your confirmation email. Photograph the shirt on a flat, well-lit surface showing the problem and the inside label.

Cancellations

EU orders go into production shortly after payment; email [email protected] straight away if you need to change or cancel, and the right of withdrawal above applies in any case. Fourthwall orders can be edited or cancelled through the link in the confirmation email until they go into production.

Payment

EU checkout (Stripe): cards, Bancontact, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other local methods. Rest of world (Fourthwall): cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
